Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

As a Military Veteran, I expect ti be greeted when I enter a business to support them by spending my veteran earned dollars. I exaggerated my greeting and and spoke to these 2 young employees, who were more concerned about whispering to each other and cracking a semi-smile. I can only imagine what they were saying as we are an African family and they white kids who seemed stunned when I mentioned a Veteran's Discount option for my purchase. Oh, must I mention: They were instantaneously polite after the fact. Hmmm!

The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and generous with the samples! Serving ice cream AND cookies, with seasonal selections that change periodically. Located in a spot with lots of main-street-style shopping and restaurants, so it's a good place to pick up some cookies and then walk it off around the area in the evening.

First time trying this place and it was such a disappointment. I placed an order for delivery and 4 of my 9 cookies were missing. The ones I did get were very mid like grocery store cookies. The lemon haze one was so small and lacking in flavor/filling. Definitely would not spend money here again. I should have read the reviews before I ordered. No clue how this place is still in business.

I thought these cookies were mid at best. We ordered delivery and it was like $40 with tip for 6 cookies I would have no issue with that if it had actual been good. The chocolate chip was terrible , the snicker doodle was decent , the peanut butter chip was decent but the birthday cake one was disgusting wasnβt cooked completely. My wife said the white chocolate macadamia cookie was okay but subway better.

I was in the area on Monday the 29th around 3:30 and stopped in real quick to check it out for the first time and grab some cookies for my twin nephews. The visit didn't exactly go how I thought it would though. Right when I got there I noticed the door had fallen half way off the hinges. Honestly, I was shocked that they were still open since it seemed like a unnecessary risk for someone to try to slip in through the crack in the door. But there was a sign stating they were open and to "be careful" so I slipped through the door. When I got inside, I saw no one, not even a worker. I waited a few moments, figured they were in the back baking more cookies or something. Finally, I decided to speak up and say "hello?" but still no one appeared. I looked around took pictures and waited a little longer. While I waited I checked out the menu, I was surprised to see that some cookies, the deluxe, were almost $5.00 a piece and the classics were about $3.00! I'm not sure how big they are but it seemed pricey. The ice cream looked good but I've never tried that before either. After about 8 minutes of waiting I decided to leave. This whole thing was very strange, that's never happened to me be
